Studio Rental Options & Pricing
Hourly Studio Rental
• $60/hr (1-hour minimum)
• Maximum 15 individuals total
• Ideal for photoshoots, content creation, interviews, and small creative teams
• Booking time includes setup and cleanup
Event Rental
• $85/hr (2-hour minimum)
• Maximum 35 individuals total
• Intended for celebrations, gatherings, and productions exceeding standard studio use
• Event rules, noise guidelines, and cleanup policies apply

• Large natural-light windows
• Clean, open shooting area suitable for photo and video
• Comfortable lounge area for clients and guests
• Private dressing room (not under surveillance)
• 24/7 security cameras in public studio areas
Studio Capacity & Guidelines
• Hourly Rentals: Maximum 15 people total
• Event Rentals: Maximum 35 people total
• Booking time includes setup and breakdown
• Furniture, props, and equipment must be returned to their original position
• Smoking, vaping, or illegal substances are not permitted inside the studio
• Excessive noise or disruptive behavior may result in early termination
• Damage or excessive cleanup may result in additional fees
