Rent Fox Lens Studio for your own photography, videography, or content creation needs. Ideal for creatives seeking a clean, minimal, and professional studio environment with access to lighting and essential props. ⸻ What’s Included • Private access to the full studio space • Natural light & softbox lighting • Studio props (stools, chairs, desk, drapes, vanity) • Private dressing area & vanity stocked with essential needs • Public restroom access • Secure keypad entry (access code emailed after booking) ⸻ Important Reminders • Gated parking lot available • Studio is under 24/7 video surveillance (dressing room excluded) • Access code is sent after booking confirmation • No smoking or illegal substances inside the studio (outside use permitted) • Please be respectful of neighboring tenants and common areas ⸻ Time, Cleaning & Damage Policy • Booking time must include setup, shooting, and breakdown • All furniture and props must be returned to their original placement • All trash must be disposed of properly • Excessive mess or failure to reset the space may result in a cleaning fee starting at $75 • Clients are financially responsible for any damage to the studio, equipment, furniture, or props caused during their booking • Any cleaning or damage fees charged by the property owner as a result of a booking will be passed on to the client • Overtime may incur additional charges if availability allows By booking this studio, you agree to these terms.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & Rescheduling • All studio rentals are non-refundable within 48 hours of the scheduled start time. • Clients may reschedule one time without penalty if requested more than 48 hours in advance, subject to availability. • Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours will result in full payment being retained. Time & Usage • Booking time must include setup, shooting, and breakdown. • Overtime may result in additional charges if availability allows. Cleaning & Damage • Clients must leave the studio in the same condition it was found. • All trash must be disposed of and furniture/props returned to original placement. • Excessive mess or failure to reset the space may result in a cleaning fee starting at $75. • Clients are financially responsible for any damage to the studio, furniture, equipment, or props. • Any cleaning or damage fees charged by the property owner as a result of a booking will be passed on to the client. General Rules • Only the booking client and up to 2 unphotographed guests are permitted unless otherwise approved. • No smoking or illegal substances inside the studio. • Clients must respect common areas and neighboring tenants. By completing a booking, clients agree to all studio rules and policies.
