Service Description
Rent the studio for your own photography, video, or content creation needs. Perfect for creatives seeking a minimal, professional space with full access to lighting and props. What’s Included: • Access to full studio space • Natural light & softbox lighting • Studio props (stools, chairs, desk, drapes, vanity) • Private dressing area and vanity stocked with essential needs • Public restroom access • Entry via secure keypad (code emailed after booking) Reminders: • Gated parking lot available. Studio is under 24/7 surveillance (dressing room excluded) • Access code will be emailed after booking • No smoking or illegal substances inside (outside use allowed) • Return all props and furniture to original place • You are responsible for any damage or mess • Do not block hallways or disturb other building tenants
Cancellation Policy
All rentals are non-refundable within 48 hours of the scheduled time. Clients may reschedule once without penalty if requested more than 48 hours in advance. Any damage to equipment, furniture, or studio space during your rental will result in additional charges. Clients are responsible for returning the studio to its original condition. Only clients and up to 2 unphotographed guests may enter during your rental. Entry code and studio access details will be sent via confirmation email. By booking, you agree to all terms and studio policies.
