Service Description
Fox Lens Studio is available for hourly rental for photographers, content creators, videographers, and creative projects. Located inside the Russell Industrial Center in Midtown Detroit. What’s Included: • Professional lighting (softboxes, beauty dish, parabolic umbrella) • Full backdrop collection (white, grey, black, and colored — variety of colors available) • Large industrial natural light windows • Hardwood floor shooting area • Lounge seating area • Private dressing room with vanity • Studio is equipped with 24/7 security cameras throughout the space. The private dressing room is not under surveillance. Maximum 15 people total. Booking time includes setup and cleanup. No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances. All equipment and furniture must be returned to original position. Damage or excessive mess will incur additional fees. Full payment required at booking. Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & Rescheduling • All studio rentals are non-refundable within 48 hours of the scheduled start time. • Clients may reschedule one time without penalty if requested more than 48 hours in advance, subject to availability. • Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours will result in full payment being retained. Time & Usage • Booking time must include setup, shooting, and breakdown. • Overtime may result in additional charges if availability allows. Cleaning & Damage • Clients must leave the studio in the same condition it was found. • All trash must be disposed of and furniture/props returned to original placement. • Excessive mess or failure to reset the space may result in a cleaning fee starting at $75. • Clients are financially responsible for any damage to the studio, furniture, equipment, or props. • Any cleaning or damage fees charged by the property owner as a result of a booking will be passed on to the client. General Rules • Only the booking client and up to 2 unphotographed guests are permitted unless otherwise approved. • No smoking or illegal substances inside the studio. • Clients must respect common areas and neighboring tenants. By completing a booking, clients agree to all studio rules and policies.
