Service Description
This booking is exclusively for Monthly Studio Members. Book any available time for personal studio use. You must have an active membership to use this service. • Unlimited bookings per month • Studio access via keypad entry • Private dressing room & vanity • Lights, props, and seamless backdrop included Reminder: Bookings are non-transferable. If your membership is canceled or inactive, your appointments will be voided. Code access is updated regularly and only provided to current members.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & Rescheduling • All studio rentals are non-refundable within 48 hours of the scheduled start time. • Clients may reschedule one time without penalty if requested more than 48 hours in advance, subject to availability. • Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours will result in full payment being retained. Time & Usage • Booking time must include setup, shooting, and breakdown. • Overtime may result in additional charges if availability allows. Cleaning & Damage • Clients must leave the studio in the same condition it was found. • All trash must be disposed of and furniture/props returned to original placement. • Excessive mess or failure to reset the space may result in a cleaning fee starting at $75. • Clients are financially responsible for any damage to the studio, furniture, equipment, or props. • Any cleaning or damage fees charged by the property owner as a result of a booking will be passed on to the client. General Rules • Only the booking client and up to 2 unphotographed guests are permitted unless otherwise approved. • No smoking or illegal substances inside the studio. • Clients must respect common areas and neighboring tenants. By completing a booking, clients agree to all studio rules and policies.
