Service Description

This session is tailored for children between the ages of 1 and 12 years old, designed to create polished and timeless portraits. Quick, minimal, and child-focused for an easy and professional experience. What’s Included: • 30-minute private session • 1 solid backdrop (white, gray, or black) • Natural or softbox lighting • Access to studio props (stools, chairs) • Grad year props available for graduates (if applicable) • Private dressing area and vanity stocked with essential amenities • Pic-Time gallery delivered via email within 48 hours — includes download, share, and print options Reminders: • Photographer is allotted 10 minutes for lighting and backdrop setup outside your session time • Up to 2 guests may accompany your child during the session as non-participating support only. They will not be photographed unless booked under a designated family or group session • Studio reserves the right to decline service for inappropriate attire, behavior, or unsafe props • No smoking or illegal substances are allowed inside the studio (outside is your choice) • Minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times • Weapons (real or fake), gang symbols, and offensive gestures are not allowed • Arrive with your child dressed and ready for portraits • Additional high-end retouches are available after your session — you may order directly through your online gallery, starting at $15 per photo • By booking, you agree to all Fox Lens Studio rules and policies Cancellation Policy: • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. • You may reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability. • Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled session are non-refundable and non-transferable. • If you need to reschedule, please contact us directly at info@foxlensstudio.com until self-service rescheduling becomes available. • In the event that studio property, equipment, or props are damaged by you or your guests during your session, Fox Lens Studio reserves the right to withhold your photo gallery until the repair or replacement cost has been paid.
