Fox Lens Studio is available for event rental for baby showers, bridal showers, birthday gatherings, corporate meetings, networking events, and pop-up shops. Located at the Russell Industrial Center, Detroit. What’s Included: • Large open event space with industrial natural light windows • Lounge seating area • Private dressing room with vanity • Studio equipped with 24/7 security cameras throughout the space. The private dressing room is not under surveillance. Maximum 30 people total. 2-hour minimum booking. Booking time includes setup and cleanup. No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances. All furniture and equipment must be returned to original position. Excessive noise or disruptive behavior may result in early termination without refund. Damage or excessive mess will incur additional fees. Full payment required at booking. Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable.
